Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Resolve client inquiries and guide discussions towards financial goals while documenting interactions
• Present settlement proposals and assist clients facing legal action from creditors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in customer service or relationship-based support required
• Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
• Strong working knowledge of client service processes and navigation of multiple systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
