Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide support and guidance to clients in their debt relief journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
- Resolve client inquiries and document discussions while maintaining a positive experience
- Guide clients through financial discussions and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship-based support role
- Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
- Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
