Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to support clients in their debt relief journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
  • Resolve client inquiries and program concerns while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Guide clients through discussions and present settlement proposals for approval
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or relationship-based support roles
  • Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
  • Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
