Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients navigating their debt relief journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
• Resolve client inquiries and document discussions accurately while guiding clients towards their financial goals
• Assist clients facing legal actions from creditors and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in customer service or a relationship-based support role required
• Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
• Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
