Client Success Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide support and guidance to clients in a debt settlement program.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
• Resolve client inquiries and document discussions while guiding clients towards their financial goals
• Present settlement proposals and escalate issues to leadership as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years' experience in customer service or relationship-based support
• Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
• Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
