Client Success Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize client relationship management software to address customer concerns and inquiries
• Resolve complex client issues with empathy and provide guidance on next steps towards financial goals
• Document client discussions accurately and present settlement proposals for client approval

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
• Experience in a financial or banking organization preferred
• Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
