Client Success Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize client relationship management software to address customer concerns and inquiries
• Document client discussions and present settlement proposals while guiding clients towards their financial goals
• Assist clients facing legal actions from creditors and escalate issues to leadership when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in customer service or a relationship-based support role
• Experience in a financial or banking organization preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong organizational skills
