Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize client relationship management software to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Resolve client issues in high-stress environments while documenting discussions clearly
- Guide clients through their financial goals and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service or relationship-based support roles
- Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
- Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients using empathy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
