Client Success Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide support and guidance to clients in their debt relief journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to clients' financial situations
• Document client interactions and present settlement proposals
• Guide clients on next steps to achieve their financial goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
• Financial services or banking experience preferred
• Completion of required training for advancement to Client Success Agent II
• Experience in managing complex client scenarios preferred for Level II
