Client Success Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients in a debt settlement program.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to complex financial situations
• Document client interactions and present settlement proposals for approval
• Guide clients through their financial goals and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
• Financial services or banking experience preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Completion of required training and demonstration of proficiency in core responsibilities for advancement to Client Success Agent II
