Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to empower clients in managing their financial futures through compassionate support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional voice support to clients regarding their debt settlement program
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, documenting client interactions accurately
  • Guide clients through their financial goals and escalate issues as necessary


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship-based support role
  • Experience in financial services or banking preferred
  • Completion of required training and proficiency in core responsibilities for advancement to Client Success Agent II
  • Ability to manage legal and complex client situations for Level 2 qualification
