Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients navigating their debt relief journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations while maintaining accurate account documentation
- Resolve client inquiries using empathy and subject matter knowledge, and guide clients toward their financial goals
- Present settlement proposals and escalate issues to leadership or other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
- Financial services or banking experience preferred
- Must complete all components of the Client Success Agent I role for advancement to Client Success Agent II
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
