Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients navigating their debt relief journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations while maintaining accurate account documentation
  • Resolve client inquiries using empathy and subject matter knowledge, and guide clients toward their financial goals
  • Present settlement proposals and escalate issues to leadership or other departments as needed


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Financial services or banking experience preferred
  • Must complete all components of the Client Success Agent I role for advancement to Client Success Agent II
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
