Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients navigating their debt relief journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations and provide support
• Document client discussions and maintain accurate account records
• Guide clients through their financial goals and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
• Financial services or banking experience preferred
• Completion of required training for advancement to Client Success Agent II
• Demonstrated proficiency in core responsibilities as a Client Success Agent I
