Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients navigating their debt relief journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding clients' financial situations
- Document client discussions and maintain accurate account records
- Guide clients toward their financial goals and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship-based support role
- Financial services or banking experience preferred
- Completion of required training and proficiency in core responsibilities for advancement to Client Success Agent II
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
