Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide exceptional support to clients navigating their debt relief journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding clients' financial situations
  • Document client discussions and maintain accurate account records
  • Guide clients toward their financial goals and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship-based support role
  • Financial services or banking experience preferred
  • Completion of required training and proficiency in core responsibilities for advancement to Client Success Agent II
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
