Job Summary
Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support, manage inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations, and maintain accurate account documentation while building positive client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize CRM software to respond to customer calls and address concerns effectively
- Resolve client inquiries and complex scenarios with empathy and subject matter knowledge
- Document client discussions clearly and present settlement proposals for approval
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
- Experience in financial services or banking preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
