Job Summary

Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support in an unscripted environment, handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss complex financial situations while maintaining accurate account documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM software to address customer concerns and facilitate client interactions
  • Resolve complex client inquiries and conduct de-escalations in high-stress environments with empathy and confidence
  • Document client discussions clearly and present settlement proposals for client approval
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Experience in financial services or a banking organization preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress using empathy and active listening skills
