Job Summary

Empowering clients through financial conversations, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support for clients in a debt settlement program, handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate documentation and fostering positive relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM software to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Resolve complex client issues with empathy and subject matter knowledge, particularly regarding legal and creditor matters
  • Document client interactions clearly and present settlement proposals to guide clients towards their financial goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Experience in financial services or banking preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of client service processes and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
