Job Summary
Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support in an unscripted environment, handling complex financial inquiries and maintaining accurate account documentation while building positive rapport with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer calls and address concerns effectively
- Resolve complex client inquiries and conduct de-escalations with empathy and confidence
- Document client discussions clearly and present settlement proposals for approval
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
- Experience in financial services or banking organization preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
