Job Summary

Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support in an unscripted environment, handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss complex financial situations while maintaining accurate account documentation and building positive rapport.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM software to respond to customer calls and address inquiries and concerns
  • Resolve complex client scenarios and provide guidance on legal and financial matters with empathy and confidence
  • Document client discussions clearly and concisely, maintaining compliance standards and accuracy
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Experience in financial services or banking preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of client service processes and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
