Job Summary

Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support, manage inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations, and maintain accurate account documentation while building positive rapport with clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM software to respond to customer inquiries and address concerns effectively
  • Resolve complex client scenarios and program concerns with empathy and relationship-building skills
  • Document client discussions clearly and present settlement proposals for client approval
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Experience in financial services or banking preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of client service processes and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
