Job Summary
Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support, handle inbound and outbound calls regarding complex financial situations, and maintain accurate account documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize CRM software to respond to customer calls and address concerns effectively
- Resolve client inquiries and conduct complex de-escalations with empathy and confidence
- Document client discussions and present settlement proposals while maintaining compliance standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
- Experience in financial services or banking preferred
- Strong working knowledge of client service processes and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
