Job Summary
Empowering clients to take control of their financial future, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing complex financial inquiries, and maintaining accurate account documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize CRM software to respond to customer calls and resolve inquiries in high-stress environments
- Conduct complex de-escalations and interpret legal documents to guide clients through their financial journeys
- Document client discussions clearly and present settlement proposals for client approval
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
- Experience in financial services or banking preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
