Job Summary

Empowering clients in their financial journeys, the full-time remote Client Success Agent II will provide exceptional voice support, manage complex inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation while fostering positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM software to respond to customer calls and address concerns effectively
  • Resolve client inquiries and conduct complex de-escalations with empathy and confidence
  • Document client discussions clearly and present settlement proposals for client approval
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or relationship-based support role required
  • Experience in financial services or banking organization preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
