Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst II to provide support and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Client Service Point of Contact for assigned clients, providing relationship management and technical support
  • Manage and resolve client cases, including diagnosing incidents and fulfilling service requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and engage subject matter experts to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2+ years of client technical support, implementation, and/or configuration experience
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, SQL is a plus
