Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst to oversee a portfolio of applications and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product and application standards
- Manage client inquiries, priorities, and requests while ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and oversee client communications
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Business Management, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role with leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and experience with SQL or querying tools preferred
- Prior experience working with or supporting healthcare payers preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret customer experience data
