Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst who will support client relationships and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Client Success Managers in managing high-value accounts and maintaining organized relationships
- Assist in preparing accurate client-ready reports and gathering inputs for studies
- Coordinate across departments to track project milestones and attend client meetings to observe relationship management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Prior professional experience in the market research industry or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic Photoshop skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional polish and emotional intelligence for client interaction
