Job Summary

To enhance client relationships and ensure accurate loan registrations, the full-time remote Client Success Analyst will provide expert support on loan structuring, assist clients with portal navigation, and deliver high-touch client experiences throughout the lending lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze loan registrations and support clients with new submissions and process-related inquiries
  • Serve as the primary contact for complex client questions regarding loan structuring and AUS findings
  • Deliver training sessions on products, processes, and portal functionality to improve client knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a mortgage operations role such as Loan Officer Assistant or Mortgage Processor
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing and loan registration workflows
  • Experience managing complex client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and mortgage systems
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
