Job Summary
Serving as the primary liaison for Health System clients, the full-time Client Success Analyst will manage client relationships, guide best practices for software usage, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing engagement, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their challenges and goals
- Communicate progress on initiatives and provide insights for product enhancements based on client feedback
- Monitor client engagement and drive return on investment through continuous relationship nurturing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a health system specialty pharmacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and managing large data sets
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to write advanced formulas in data management languages
