Client Success Architect

Job Summary

Driving partner adoption and technical enablement, the full-time Client Success Architect will manage a focused portfolio of partners remotely, ensuring onboarding success and measurable value through effective deployment and ongoing engagement with the product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead strategic success plans aligned with partner business objectives and security posture
• Provide technical guidance and proactively identify risks related to partner constraints and product usage
• Build and maintain relationships with technical leads and executive stakeholders, delivering executive-ready presentations

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency in cybersecurity and MSP environments with customer-facing experience
• Proven track record in driving customer value, adoption, and engagement
• Experience navigating complex customer environments and communicating effectively across various personas
• Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent technical domains preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
