Client Success Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity practice, the full-time Client Success Architect will enhance partner health by driving product adoption, provide technical training to partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of Blackpoint products and enhance partner experiences through technical engagement and training
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Product teams to facilitate strategic partner engagements and streamline onboarding processes
- Track activity with KPIs and prepare monthly partner reviews to assess value delivery and customer health
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing and technical role
- Strong technical proficiency with product suites and platforms
- Familiarity with Zendesk, ChurnZero, and HubSpot or similar software
- Experience in the security landscape and a proven ability to drive customer value
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
