  • Assist with client onboarding, feedback sessions, and problem-solving

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of customer success or client-facing experience
  • Experience in legal technology or e-discovery preferred
  • Strong analytical and change management skills
  • Knowledge of legal and e-discovery technologies, a plus
