Client Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to support client campaign activities and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the fulfillment and completion of client media buys from campaign kick-off through completion
• Ensure compliance processes are followed for Healthcare Professional mobile marketing tactics
• Develop and manage project timelines, status reports, and handle clients' Medical, Legal, and Regulatory processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of experience in client success or a similar role
• 1+ years of experience in pharma marketing or advertising preferred
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ad tech platforms and project management software is preferred
