Client Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate for the Midwest Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for new institutional clients and tailor configurations to complex diligence use cases
• Monitor engagement, anticipate client needs, and drive strong renewal outcomes
• Deliver webinars, training, and best-practice sessions to promote adoption and community engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer/Client Success within FinTech or B2B SaaS
• Strong familiarity with investment management, including Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity
• Solid understanding of API integrations
• SQL experience strongly preferred for querying, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
