Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate - Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic onboarding and tailor configurations for new institutional clients
Monitor account health, anticipate client needs, and drive renewal outcomes
Deliver client education through webinars and training sessions to promote platform adoption

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success within FinTech or B2B SaaS
Strong familiarity with investment management, including Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity
Solid understanding of API integrations
SQL experience preferred for querying and reporting
Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
