Client Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for new institutional clients and customize configurations for complex diligence use cases
• Monitor client engagement, anticipate needs, and drive renewal outcomes
• Deliver training and best-practice sessions to promote platform adoption and community engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success within FinTech or B2B SaaS
• Strong familiarity with investment management, including Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity
• Solid understanding of API integrations and SQL experience preferred
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders such as COOs and Portfolio Managers
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
