Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients to support their mental health through product utilization
• Manage customer inquiries related to eligibility, marketing materials, invoicing, and member support
• Support implementations and customer operations by managing action items and client communications

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
