Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to support the Client Success team in managing client relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract renewals, billing processes, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce
- Act as the primary contact for assigned maintenance tier clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Compile reports and assist in operational reviews to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years in a similar client-facing role within technical services or managed services
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft suite solutions
- Technical aptitude in infrastructure and application development technologies
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
