Client Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to support the technical implementation and ongoing production use of software for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical implementation activities, including software configuration, training preparation, and testing support
• Assist in coordinating implementation timelines and client readiness activities for new projects
• Provide day-to-day support to promote client adoption and address routine questions post go-live

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry and/or implementation experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for resolving moderately complex issues
