Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to provide operational support to clients and Client Success Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed established role-related KPIs while managing a desk of 150 TOA within six months
- Assist in the implementation of new or existing accounts and identify opportunities for program improvements
- Maintain exceptional customer service and manage the creation and distribution of performance reports
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) is preferred
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
