Client Success Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Client Success Associate will drive successful client engagements, collaborate with data scientists to demonstrate AI technology's business value, and communicate results to client executives while working remotely or in a hybrid model from the greater Burbank, CA area.

Key responsibilities

• Be accountable for successful client engagements
• Collaborate with a team of data scientists and analysts to build machine learning models
• Drive client-specific partnership strategy in collaboration with business development and sales teams

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving, with a preference for consulting or customer success experience
• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or quantitative field
• Top 1% quantitative analytics skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for client engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
