Client Success Associate

Job Summary

Driving successful client engagements, the full-time Client Success Associate will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to demonstrate the business value of AI technology, while managing partnerships with banks and lenders in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for successful client engagements and communication of results to client executives
• Collaborate with internal teams to build machine learning models tailored to client needs
• Develop and execute client-specific partnership strategies in collaboration with business development and sales teams

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving, with a background in consulting or customer success preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or quantitative field
• Exceptional quantitative analytics skills, ranking in the top 1%
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for client engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a self-motivated attitude
