Job Summary

As a fully remote Client Success Associate, the candidate will provide exceptional support to partners and merchants, focusing on building customer loyalty and resolving inquiries while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and merchant inquiries, delivering timely and professional support via email and phone
  • Respond to and resolve inbound partner and merchant support requests, maintaining SLAs and ensuring timely follow-up on all open cases
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and other internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues, while documenting processes and best practices
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year in a customer support, help desk, or IT support role or comparable customer-facing role
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Exposure to financial software or payment systems is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an eagerness to communicate with clients daily
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and written communication skills
