Job Summary
Supporting the Client Success team, the full-time Client Success Associate will manage customer accounts, assist with client communications, and help coordinate customer initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Prepare and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presentations, and customer reports
- Generate customer contracts, renewal agreements, and other documentation while ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields
- Experience with standard business software, including Microsoft Office and HubSpot
- Knowledge of the laundry industry and/or cloud-based software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
