Job Summary
Supporting client engagement and satisfaction, the full-time remote Client Success Associate will manage relationships with platform users and data partners, assist with API and custom dashboard projects, and ensure prompt resolutions to client issues through monitoring the Intercom ticketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Contributing to client-facing processes and policies to integrate Cherre into clients' workflows
- Documenting internal processes to create a scalable infrastructure for client experience
- Assisting Client Success Managers in maintaining relationships with key accounts and monitoring client issues
Required qualifications
- Recognized qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in the real estate, insurance, consulting, or B2B SaaS industries
- 1+ years of client-facing experience, particularly with executives
- Strong proficiency in Excel/CSV
- Experience with ticketing systems and a proven track record of timely issue resolution
