Client Success Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Client Success Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements, collaborating with data scientists to showcase AI technology's value, and driving partnership strategies with financial institutions, either in a hybrid role in the greater Burbank, CA area or remotely from anywhere in the continental United States.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for successful client engagements and communication of results to client executives
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to demonstrate the business value of machine learning models
• Drive client-specific partnership strategies in collaboration with business development and sales teams

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving, with a preference for consulting or customer success experience
• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or quantitative field
• Top 1% quantitative analytics skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office
