Client Success Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Client Success Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements, collaborating with data scientists to showcase AI technology's value, and developing tailored partnership strategies, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model in the greater Burbank, CA area.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for successful client engagements and communication of results to client executives
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to demonstrate the business value of machine learning models
• Drive client-specific partnership strategies in collaboration with business development and sales teams

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving, with a preference for consulting or customer success experience
• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or quantitative field
• Exceptional quantitative analytics skills, ranking in the top 1%
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a results-oriented mindset
