Client Success Associate

Job Summary

Ambitious and goal-oriented, the remote Client Success Associate will support onboarding, manage a portfolio of new clients, and drive engagement with the Reachdesk platform, with the potential to advance to a Client Success Manager role within six months based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across the client portfolio
• Build relationships with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to develop gifting strategies that support client goals
• Lead strategic conversations on gifting best practices to enhance client outcomes and ROI

Required qualifications

• Recent college graduate or early in your career with an interest in SaaS, Client Success, or Account Management
• Prior internship or work experience in a client-facing, sales, marketing, or technology environment
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships and influence clients
• Proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new technology and explaining concepts to various users
