Client Success Associate

Job Summary

Owning the relationship with families, the full-time remote Client Success Associate will manage orientations, conduct parent check-ins, and mentor college admissions coaches while supporting a small cohort of students through the college admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new student orientation sessions and parent check-in meetings to set clear expectations and communicate student progress
• Serve as the point of escalation for families and coaches, handling difficult conversations and mentoring coaches on client communication
• Advise a cohort of up to 15 students through the admissions process, providing feedback on essays and helping with college list development

Required qualifications

• Graduated from a selective or highly-selective college or university
• Three or more years of experience in college admissions, admissions consulting, or a closely related field
• Detailed knowledge of the U.S. college admissions process and a willingness to stay current
• Experience in customer success, client engagement, or account management
• Experience mentoring or coaching others, formally or informally
