Client Success Associate with WFT
Job Summary
Enthusiastic and results-driven, the full-time or part-time Client Success Associate with WFT will advise customers on insurance products, retain existing clients through excellent service, and achieve compliance by obtaining WFT certifications while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on Auto, Home, and Travel insurance options to help them make informed choices
- Provide exceptional service to retain existing customers and enhance their trust in the company
- Collaborate with a motivated team to achieve the best results and customer experiences
Required qualifications
- Minimum MBO/4, HAVO, or HBO work and thinking level through experience or education
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to obtain WFT Basis and later WFT Schade certifications
- Experience in a telephone customer service environment is a plus
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
