Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Client Success Coach to work remotely, who will conduct onboarding and coaching calls, engage with clients daily to ensure accountability, and innovate product offerings through the creation of training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily onboarding and check-in coaching calls to motivate and support students
• Manage client communication and community moderation to ensure accountability towards their goals
• Create and produce new training materials to enhance the client experience and drive product innovation

Required qualifications

• Experience in coaching or mentoring, with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
• Familiarity with organic marketing strategies on social media platforms
• Sales experience and ability to handle multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency or willingness to learn tools such as Loom, Slack, and CRM systems quickly
